Ricky Riggins

Mr. Ricky Antonio Riggins, the oldest child to Mr. Leroy and Harriet Riggins Doctor was 
born on December 28,1965 in Walterboro, 
South Carolina. He departed this life on 
December 23, 2023 at Colleton Medical 
Center. Ricky was raised by his grandparents the late Mr. Harry and Cleo Kennedy Riggins. He attended public schools in Colleton County. 

Ricky worked various jobs predominately as a landscaper. He also enjoyed playing 
basketball and baseball.

He was preceded in death death by his 
grandparents Mr. Lucas and Lucille B. 
Doctor and Mr. Harry and Cleo Kennedy 
Riggins. His Uncles, Rev. Theodore Riggins, Calvin Doctor and Robert Lee Doctor and a cousin Joshua Oval Glover, III

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving parents Mr. Leroy and Harriet
Riggins Doctor, Sisters; Debbie Doctor, Tonya Doctor of Walterboro, South Carolina, Lorrie Carter (William) of Montgomery, Alabama, a brother Leroy C. Doctor (Lehana) of

(Valerie) of Columbia, South Carolina
and Michael Doctor of Tampa, Florida.
