Perry Frazier Obituary

 

Mr. Perry Fazier was born on February 11, 1954 in Brooklyn N.Y. He was the son of the late

Deacon William Frazier and Deaconess Annie Florence Geddis Frazier. Perry transitioned from

his earthly life on April 15, 2024 at his residence.

Perry was a graduate of Ruffin High School (1972) and went on to receive his Associates

Degree from Denmark Technical College (1974). At an early age he joined Oakman Branch

Baptist Church. On a cold day in December of 1972, Perry met the love of his life, Valerie

Bingley. On June 14, 1975 they were married and to this union two children were born, Corey

and Troy. He was employed with South Carolina Electric and Gas for 25 years until his health

was unable to allow him to work.

Mr. Frazier was preceded in death by three siblings; Harold Frazier Sr., Connie Varn and

Slyvester Frazier.

Perry Frazier leaves to mourn and cherish his memories, his loving and devoted wife of 48

years, Valerie B. Frazier, of the home; two sons, Corey (Chastity) Frazier and Troy Frazier both

of Walterboro, SC. Three grandchildren; Tyshon Grant, Hampton, SC, Genesis and Galil

Frazier, both of Walterboro, SC; Two sisters, Gloria Jones, Columbia, SC; Harriett (Cecil Sr.)

Garrick, Haughton, Louisiana; Two brothers-in-laws; Karl (Cora Sue) Bingley Sr. Queens N.Y

and Larry (Crystal) Varn, Sr. Orangeburg, SC One sister-in-law, Mary Frazier, Round O, SC and

a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
