Ned Gary Henderson

Ned Gary Henderson son of Jeff Henderson Sr and the late Elease Salley Henderson was born in Walterboro, SC on May 8, 1951 and entered into eternal rest on June 4, 2025.

Ned was educated in the Colleton County School System. After graduating from Ruffin High School in 1970, Ned enlisted in the United States Army. After the Army Ned was a concrete labor foreman in New York for over 30 years.

Ned met is late wife Roberta Matheny in Brooklyn New York in the early 70's. They got married December 4,1971 and h a d a daughter Melissa Henderson on February 01, 1973. Ned also helped raise Robertha's daughter Adrian Smith. Robertha passed away in 2012.

Ned later met Sharon Lynah and unto this union two children were born. Tamessa Lynah Ramos and Eric Henderson (Ned Gary Henderson Jr.). Preceding him in death his mother, Elease Salley. Brother Jeff Franklin Henderson Jr and his late wife Roberta Matheny.

Ned leaves to cherish in his precious memories; his Father Jeff Henderson, One Son; Eric Henderson (Ned Gary Henderson Jr.), Two Daughters ; Tamessa Lynah Ramos and Melissa Henderson, Sister Annett Flynn, One grandchild; Nia Ramos and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
