Malayia Quionna Green

Malayia Quionna Green, the daughter of the Marquita Whitaker and the late Donald Green was born October 9, 2002 in Charleston, South Carolina.

Malayia was educated in the public schools system of Colleton County. She graduated from Colleton County High on June 19, 2021.

Malayia was christened in December of 2002 at Hickory Hill Baptist Church. She later joined Judah Temple of Deliverance along with her mother.

Malayia loved her family. She enjoyed their family time. She also loved music, singing, being sung to and kissing noises. The relationship she had with her brothers was like no other. Malayia had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. To gaze into her big beautiful eyes was such a blessing. So when you think of Malayia, celebrate the good memories and cherish them. She touched everyone. Always remember that life is fragile, short and should be lived to the fullest. On Tuesday, July 6, 2021, Malayia answered the call of her heavenly father transitioning from mortal to immortality. A place is truly vacant in our hearts. 

Preceding her in death are her grandfathers Leroy Green and Ron Gant.

Malayia was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin whose love will never be relinquished.
