James "Rusty" Sloman

James “Rusty” aka “Pike Fish” Sloman transitioned from this life to eternal rest on February 17,2025 at the Medical University Of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. He was born on October 14, 1963 to the late Robert S Sloman and Janice Connelly Drawdy in Hampton, SC. He was a graduate of Wade Hampton High School Class of 1981.

James was drafted by the Atlanta Braves. His many talents included baseball, being a handyman, construction and a landscaping entrepreneur.

He leaves to cherish in his loving memories two daughters Ashley Sloman Walterboro SC, Stephanie Anderson Atlanta, GA. Mother of his children Pam Sloman Walterboro, SC. Six Grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
