Hazel Wilson

Mrs. Hazel Wilson was born March 3, 1934 in Cottageville, South Carolina to the late Mr. Harold Nesbitt and Alberta Wilson. She entered into eternal rest on Tuesday October 1, 2019 at Pruitt Health Care of Walterboro, SC. Hazel was educated in the Colleton County School System. After graduation, she went on to work for Colleton Regional for more than 40 years as a custodian, Mrs, Wilson's favorite past time was fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. 

Hazel was a a lifetime member of Bethlehem Baptist Church where she served in many capacities including the Financial Secretary, member of the Missionary Society, Ladies Auxillary, the Kitchen Committee, the Usher Board and the Mass Choir.

Hazel was preceded in death by a loving husband Mr. RIley Wilson, a host of siblings, family members and friends. May they all meet again in the arms of the Almighty, Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Hazel leaves to cherish her memories: a loving daughter Wanakeya Wilson of Walterboro, SC, four grand children,: Paris Dubois, Jr, Paraja Dubois, Javaire Dubois and London Dubois all of Walterboro, SC. two sisters Benetha Wilson & Bernice Wilson both of Brooklyn, NY; A special neice Mary (Thomas) Washington of Walterboro, SC and a special nephew: Shaquille O'Neal Neat of Summerville, SC along witha host of neices, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Celebration of life services will be held 11:00am Monday at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Cottageville, SC. Dr. Addison L. King, Bishop. Interment: Church Cemetery
