Dorothy Jackson, a daughter of the late Retha McQueen and James Clark was born on September 30, 1951 in Tabor City, North Carolina.
Dorothy was loved by those who grew up around her especially her neices and nephews who she help raised.
On Tuesday August 17, 2021, she departed this life to be the Lord. Dorothy was preceded in death by her son Micheal Jackson and her older sister Carrie Lewis.
She leaves to cherish the memories a loving daughter Clareatha Jackson, two sisters Sarah Jenkins of Walterboro, SC, Patricia (Bishop Michael) Shields of Winston-Salem, NC and Joseph Jackson of Tabor City, NC and granddaughter Alana Jackson Winston-Salem and a host of nieces, nephews family and friends.
